Etizen area

The history of Etizen's knife begins with the swordsmith with excellent technology named Tiyozuru came to the land. Many blacksmiths were made inheriting his skills. Among the kinds of knives, many sickle, hatchet and kitchen knife were produced, becoming one of the leading producers in Japan.
Then, a knife production association was established, and more excellent blacksmiths are produced.
