Tsukasa Hinoura has two brands "Ajikataya" and "Tsukasa-saku" in Etigo (Niigata Prefecture).
He did not like blacksmith 's job when he was young, and he worked in Osaka for 4 years. However, he decided to become a blacksmith by seeing his father's work.
He is thinking of making a better knife by combining traditional forging methods with scientific knowledge.
Therefore, the knife he makes is recognized as an excellent knife in Japan.
